ONCE YOU ASK US TO PROCESS YOUR ORDER, YOU AGREE TO ALL THE TERMS OUTLINED IN OUR ``TERMS AND CONDITIONS`` and ``SHIPPING POLICIES`` SECTIONS.

Our processing time is 3 to 5 business days from date of order before actual shipment via FedEx Ground and USPS (APO/FPO ONLY). During high peak periods and due to the high demand of some of our products, please allow up to 7 days for us to process your orders before shipment. However we would ensure you receive your items in a fast and safe manner. A signature is not required for delivery. If you want a signature required, you must make note of it in the “Additional Notes” field.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:
Please note that we do not offer shipping outside the United States or its territories.

Unforeseen events happen during transit. It’s out of our control how carriers handle fragile items in our absence, but we assure you all packages are packed and equipped for rough handling during transit. Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt and contact us within 48 hours to report any damage. After 48 hours we reserve the right to reject any claims of damages. All original packing materials and boxes must be retained for inspection purposes.

Unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Once Fedex or USPS confirms delivery, that word is final. We are not responsible for stolen or otherwise lost packages post delivery confirmation. If you have a concern about the security of your delivery location please use an alternate or business address.

Once orders have left the Sheatopia warehouse, the package is in the care of the postal / package handler. Customer is required to submit a claim directly with courier and follow their guidelines. Fedex recommend waiting 14 days before assuming a package is lost. After 14 days, please call the customer service team of the courier.

We will not be responsible for any empty or filled bottle which breaks, leaks, or is spilled after receipt. We recommend that none of our products be left in a hot car or in the sun as they will be affected.

All sales are final. Due to the nature of our product, returns or exchanges are not accepted.

Sheatopia Soap Company is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

After your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email from FedEx/USPS. You should easily have access to your package transit times and progress.
